In cooperation with the company Optosurf, Thielenhaus Microfinish presented the Table Top measuring system OptoShaft TT, a universal compact measuring device that can be used as a PLC measuring station for many different measuring tasks in the field of R & D, in QA and in production. In addition to the scattered light sensor for measuring data acquisition, it has a high-precision rotary table and a motorized Z-axis. Both axes can be moved by a simple CNC control, so that it is possible to measure full-surface sealing seats of gear shafts as well as the flanks of worms and spindles.
